Terms & Conditions
Bookings
We regret that we are unable to accept bookings from: (a) Groups of the same sex, (b) Groups under 21 years of age.
Balance
Full balance must be paid no less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date, otherwise the holiday will be re-advertised and you will forfeit your deposit.
Unforseen Circumstances
Should the caravan become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, a refund of all money received will be given.
Caravan Rules
We DO NOT allow pets or smoking in our caravans.
Bedding
We supply duvets, pillows and linen for all bedrooms. All beds will be made up on the day of your arrival.
Departure Time
In order for us to clean the caravans, departures must be made before 10:00am on the day of departure.
Damages
Whilst no security deposit is requested, any damage caused to the caravan or its contents by a member of your party, either wilful or accidental must be paid for. This excludes any failure of equipment under normal use.
Insurance
It is recommended that you purchase some form of holiday insurance to cover your personal luggage, money, holiday cancellation/curtailment, personal and public liability, etc. This type of cover is fairly standard and not too costly.
Children
Supervision of young children is strongly recommended during the use of play facilities and in the swimming pools. Children under 8 years of age and those that can't swim will not be permitted in the pools unless supervised by an adult.
Park Rules
Please ensure that you and your party comply with the park rules displayed on the site. Haven reserves the right to terminate a holiday without compensation, where the behaviour of guests might impair the enjoyment, comfort, or health of other people on site. Only the people listed on your booking form can occupy our accommodation and use the on site facilities. If this legal requirement is not met your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave, with no refund made.
Park Facilities
As we do not own the park we do not take responsibility for an alteration to the facilities listed.
Cancellations
If you have to cancel your holiday you must notify us in writing. The cancellation date is the day when we receive your written notification. If you cancel more than 56 days (8 weeks) before the start of your holiday then you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within 56 days you will be liable for the following percentages of the total holiday cost:
- 56 - 42 Days before your arrival = 50%
- 41 - 21 Days before your arrival = 75%
- 20 days before your arrival (or less) = 100%
